I am just beginning the program. I have many issues in common with the participants in the CD. I listened to session one last night and did not seem to get much out of this. It seems so far, that all the cd's offer is other participants symptoms and how the program helped them. I desperately want and need tips on how to retrain my thinking and all the other things that the program is supposse to offer. I hope that this will change as I go forward in the program. I know it is helpful to realize that you are not alone and this is probably why this session focuses on other's symptoms and dealings. But I just would like to know if going forward I will develop tips instead of just hearing other individual’s difficulties and triumphs.

Don’t stop doing the program. They will get to everything you just mentioned. It is a very good program & I can already see where it has helped me & I’m only on session 8. I am very confident that it will help you & answer all your questions as you go through it. Also if you have any questions just post them here & someone out there will have an answer for you. This is a very good & helpful group.

Cindy - Welcome to the Program. You will get to the tips on retraining your way of looking at the panic, anxiety and depression. The workbooks are a very important part of the program. That is where you will find the ability to change yourself. The cds with the participants really do help, they let you know you are not going through this alone, others have experienced the same things you may have.
You will start to notice small changes soon.
