I am on Lesson 13 and I am feeling a LOT better. WIthout the program I believe that I would have
been SO much worse and probably wouldn't be able to cope with my anxiety symptoms.
However, I am about to make a life(lifestyle)changing decision that is causing me a LOT of anxiety. My body symptoms are back in full force.

but PMS on top of it isn't really helping

I have been doing a lot of deep breathing, and journaling my thoughts which are getting to obsessive levels with worry.
But I know I have to do what is necessary to get me to my goal. I have to make the next step or i will be 'stuck' with anxiety & regret forever.
Please...Any positive thoughts and other helpful techniques would be SO appreciated as I face the ugly anxiety monster. Thank YOU!!!!!
