Hello friends, I am 50 years old. I purchased the program about 4 years ago. Like everything else in my life I started it and put it down never to pick it up again. That's a pattern I have with most things in life. So here I am, 50 with a family and no job. It's going to be 2 whole years this February! All my life I have been struggling to find out who I am and what I should be doing. I thought I found out what I should do. But I guess others don't agree. So here I am, asking the same old question at 50. The more things change the more they stay the same. Is there hope for me? I have asked that question too. Everyone says yes. And I believe it. Then I move forward and end up here again.
Also, can potential employers run my IP Number and find out I post here?

Take heart my friend, there is always hope. There's nothing stopping you from picking up where you left off. If you want to finish the Program you have to make the choice to follow through. Only you can make that decision; no one else can do it for you. Your age is irrelevant. I'd give the same advice to someone who is 20 or someone who is 80.
Many of us find ourselves moving ahead and then falling back. But truthfully, we rarely fall back to where we started. What I mean by that is that we typically have still gained some ground in the process. It's that slow progression that get's us out of this mess and leads to recovery. It can be slow and discouraging at times, but the end reward is worth all the pain.
As for your IP question, I don't know but I suspect not. If your unsure, try to search for your IP address and see what you come up with. I would be surprised if you were able to find anything.

KingPeace,
I'm in my 50's too. I did finnish the program and it has fanned some flames with in. It comes to how bad do you want it. I too lacked direction in my life, and in this changing world I have learned that I had to except change and not stay stuck in the good ole days mentally. I have a much better outlook on life. It is what we make it, change your toughts and change you perception.
Make it a goal to do your program and you will feel better.
Good luck to you.

I'm 44 and going through the tapes for a second time. I don't believe it's ever to late for anyone to learn the life skills these tapes can teach you.
When I went through the program in '96, I was just about house-bound and scared of everything. I got better. I earned three degrees. I raised my kids through graduation. I survived a divorce and found the love of my life. To make it short and sweet, I felt successful in every aspect of my life.
Then 6 1/2 years ago my life fell apart. My son passed away from an acute asthma attack. The depression and anxiety came back with a vengeance; however, I have never gotten as bad as I was before I went through the program.
Recently, I decided to pick up the tapes again and review them. So far they are helping. I don't know that I will ever be the same person I was before I lost my son, but I do believe these tapes will help me at least get some of my old self-confidence back and allow me to get off the anxiety meds that keep me sleepy all the time.
Best of luck to everyone. I know the program works if you just work the program!
