eye issues during attack(PLEASE HELP)

ok so i was driving with my boss and we where talking about things that have been stressing me out on our way to a meeting two hours away. i was driving and all of a sudden started to get this feeling like i was going to pass out then my eyes started like feeling jumpy, not able to focus. I got so scared i almost got off the exit and went to the hospital but having my boss in the car i didnt want him to think anything and fire me so i kept on driving. i was having a lot of anxiety but the eye thing only lasted a few minutes. of course i was so scared that it may come back that my anxiety was on high. has anyone ever had this happen and what causes this to happen with your eyes? is this a heart attack or stroke in the works or just anxiety that will pass? i am thinking its because i have let my anxiety get out of control lately. i hope so and hope its not anything else. i did have blood work and ekg last week and seemed fine.....Please help

Don't mean to scare you, but I've had TIA's (mini strokes) and they can be very bizarre, leave no trace, can't be detected with tests either, as far as I know.

Check with your doctor. My suggestions are to make sure your blood pressure is under control and you stay well hydrated (with water) at all times.
