Hi: My name is John and I am really experiencing a difficult situation. I have no support and my main problem I face is been seen in public. I fear going outside, my girlfriend whom I thought I could go to and talk with blew a fit last night and beat me with the remote control. I have no where to turn and the medicine I take affects my by taking my soul from me. I use to smile and be happy but I fear every thing now. Can someone offer some suggestions, I feel I am at the end of my rope. Is there help, GOD knows I need a little.
