CAn anyone tell me if there is a center to check into to get rid of these panic attacks?....

Sandy,
Im sure there must be support groups in your area, check your mental health services, and your local hospitals. They even have patient care some places for anxiety. I wish i could say its easy to get rid of but it isnt. It takes lots of hard work, and retraining your thinking. Take Care:)Nelly

My name is Connie, I purchased the program and listen to the CD's over and over. They are very helpful, but I really would be interested in some sort of weekly group meeting with others who are struggling with anxiety and stress disorders in Maryland. Does anyone know of any groups in the Baltimore, Maryland area?
