Thank you Maeggie for the shout!! Yes a shout of victory for you and a shout to encourage us and other new people as well. Wouldn't that be great if we could get to meet each other somewhere and enjoy a resort. Well, we can dream, can't we. Keep up the good work Maeggie. How far are you in the program?

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Frank Herbert

"How you climb up the mountain is just as important as how you get down the mountain. And, so it is with life, which for many of us becomes one big test followed by one big lesson. In the end, it all comes down to one word: grace. It's how you accept winning and losing, good luck and bad luck, darkness and the light."

I'd also like to thank those recovered fr anxiety disorder for continuing to COME BACK & give back - inspiring & sharing your knowledge & experiences. LENORE
Your greatest challenge isn't someone else. It's the aching i your lungs & the burning in your legs & the voice inside you that yells "CAN'T". But you don't listen. You push harder & hear the voice that whispers "CAN". An you realize that the person you thought you were is no match for the one you REALLY ARE.
