Arrrrgggg !!! the progarm is causing me stress!!

I see sessions 1-4, but then there are "Volumes 1-3", and the "introduction" has "relax" and "There for you"

Where to start, how to use? Not to sound like a dunder head, but what are the steps and how?

"Do this, then this, and every day you do that"

I watched the "watch me first" but it didn't say how to use the program.

Could use some hand holding on how it's suppose to work << what tapes/dvd and when>>.

Any help would be helpful
Thanks

Oh, is there a SIMPLE step by step guide on this site?

Again
Thanks

It seems more confusing than it is, really. This is not the end-all way to begin, but this is how I began:
Watched the intro DVD.
Watched the Session One coaching DVD.
Listened to Session One CD.
Bought a couple of large spiral notebooks and index cards.
Read the Session One carry along card.
Read the Session One chapter in the guidebook. (Notice that the homework is everything in that chapter.)
Listened to the Session One CD again.
Watched the Session One coaching DVD again.
Completed all the work in Session One guidebook.

Does that help? When you get finished with the first session (week one), you will be ready to go on to Session Two.
Session Two CD and DVD.
Guidebook.
Work the homework in guidebook.

I listened to the Relaxation CD every night. I still do, and I finished the program last month.

Etc.

Hope that helps. That's how I did each program. And at the end of Session Three, I bought more spiral notebooks.

Thanks-

I wasn't sure, or couldn't find, if I was to use the session CD and then the DVD or DVD then the session CD or kind of both at the same time.

Again, thanks for answering.

I like your name. It reminds me of the "Mad" magazine I grew up reading.

You are always welcome to call StressCenter. They are VERY helpful on the phone regarding stuff like this. That's what I would do.
