Does this really work?

Ive been having the anxiety/panic attacks for about a year now... I was planning on starting on medication soon but just yesterday I found this program.. Does it really work? How much does it cost? I really want to get better... I want to be able to live life to the fullest without that sense of fear everyminute.. What do you recommend?

the program does work, but only it you work the program. you can always get a used program on ebay if you don't want to pay the full price for a brand new one

I can assure you this programme can help you. I suffered with anxiety attacks for years and when I went through this programme 10 years ago, I did not have another anxiety attack after session 2 and it has been ten years. I love this programme and listen to the tapes all the time. In fact I have started the programme again and am on session 4 now. I feel wonderful and have so much confidence. You will too, please know there is help for you.

Seeking Help, this program is a God-send. To me it is well worth the money. Money wasn't an option for me.....I needed help and this was my last resort. I haven't had a panic attack in weeks, and I know it's due to God and this program. I'm a new person, and love the program. I wished I'd found it 3 years ago. But I'm on the road to recovery, and it's a big "THANKS" to this program and Lucinda. It really does work, and you'll notice results fairly quickly. Everyone is different, but I would recommend this program to anyone who suffers from anxiety/depression and agoraphobia. It's gold to me, and well worth the cost.

If you are trully ready to take on anxiety, and your fears,, this program will work for you!
It doesnt happen in a week, or two weeks, it happens from YOU working the program, doing what its telling you to do, and practicing the skills everyday!!!
The program is a personal process you take yourself through, to overcome the anxiety..
The cost is minimal when you realize you have the program the rest of your life, to go back and review if need be.
The most gratifying part for me, was it touched on all the areas of anxiety, how, why, and when! And then gives you the tools and skills to understand getting through it.
We all want instant cures! They dont exist,, its hard work and retraining your thinking, and yes even changing who you are,, to a BETTER more confident person.... There is a number you can call and find out the exact price,,, I wish you well on your Journey!! Nelly:)

yes, it works..it takes time, at first you might not think so,but do the program in order and how it is is prescribed. each step, one day at a time adn one step at a time. sometimes a lesson takes longer...sometimes you need to go back adn re read, watch the videos/cds...and listen to lucinda!. you are not alone!....take care and as you go through the program keep in touch with the group!
