Hello everyone. Up until a few days ago, i have been one of the success stories. I had been weened from lexapro and was feeling good. But over the last few days, the ancient symptoms have been coming back - slowly. One of these has been arm pain. I feel that I have pitched both ends of a baseball doubleheader. It comes and goes. Has anyone else had this type of symptom? Also - I have seen listings from various support groups. Any information?

Arm Pain Returned
Hey, don't talk to yourself like that! You're still a success story.
Yes, I used to have a great deal of arm pain, the left arm and it scared the heck out of me, especially with my medical history. It was a medical situation aggravated by stress but with a solution for it. Not a big deal.
BUT, go get that checked out by your doctor to put your mind at ease one way or another. Sitting there dwelling on it is doing nothing good for you. Get an answer.
Hugs.

Bob,
Cindylou is absolutely right. Things change and you should make sure this new arm symptom is the old reason and not a new condition. Visit with your doctor and make sure it's not your heart or anything else. Then breathe!
FYI, this is my very post ever. I just got my intro cd's and dvd's today and opened the box tonight. I haven't a clue about what this holds for me but I've had symptoms for the past 3 years and after all the tests show nothing, it has to be anxiety. I've had arm pain for about a year now, thinking it was a heart attack! Scary to say the least. Don't assume anything, please! If it's a physical problem, get it taken care of. And if it's anxiety once again, you know what to do. You know that everyone is here for you and you have the cd's, dvd's and the resources to walk through this.
And as always...pray!
Blessings,
Lea
