Hi everyone,
I haven't logged on for a while because of fears of an upcoming colonoscopy. Well! anyone terrified of doing this, PLEASE HEAR THIS!!! I had this done January 6, 09. By the way, my biggest part of anxiety is anything to do with health, the what ifs, etc. It was, by far the easiest test I have ever had done! I won't ever be afraid of doing this again. So, if you have fears that are keeping you from doing this, please don't, believe me, its a snap. Suzzie

Hi Suzzie,
I have a colonoscopy every five years starting when I was 35 & I’m now 52. My dad, his sister, my mom’s sister all died of colon cancer. My mom also had colon cancer but thank god for the colonoscopy. They found it early enough & stopped the spread of the cancer. Like you said it was a snap & it could save a persons life. It is possible that you have put people’s minds at ease with your story & now they will have it done. In turn you might have saved a persons life just by telling them it was a snap & a by far the easiest test you have ever done. You should feel good about your self.
Take Care,
Larry

triple L,
Thank you for your very nice reply, I must say, reading it really made my day! From being completely terrified to possibly helping or saving someone means so much. Thanks again, Suzzie
