Question- someone help!

I was wondering if anyone could send me the link for the online trial?
I started the online free trial, and wish to continue using it. It expired because I gave the wrong credit card details, as I have a British credit card. My American boyfriend is willing to pay as I would sincerely like to keep using the program.

I stopped the program now weeks ago, and
after ringing the centre several times, (I got misinformation and didnt get the help I needed) I wanna get back on it!!

That sounds like me. I can't seem to see anything through to the end. Just when I start to feel good about something I fall back into the same bad habits that promotes my negitive feelings.
