I have been on the program for 9 weeks (session 9) and just today visited this website and I am thinking if i will every recover from anxiety & depression I think i have lost hope.

I am on session 11 I am a lot better than I was 11 weeks ago but I still have anxiety attacks but i can talk myself through them keep pushing foward i have read that some people have to go though the program 2 or 3 times So I am hoping that is my case hopfully yours to

Please do not give up, I joined this program today, and have been through what you are experiencing, although I have overcome a lot with different treatments, I find that talking to others that understand what you are going through helps. Give the peer support group a chance. You have only just visited this website, and it has only been 9 weeks since the start of this program, you have had a lifetime of anxiety and depression, so it may take a little while longer to feel the effects of what you are doing now. We are all here to help in any way we can.

lui, Do not lose hope. Many of us have been where you are now. I've started it over the 2nd time, am doing it with a coach and only have 2 lessons left. Am I where I want to be? No, but thank goodness I am better. That is the main thing. I probably will take a breather after I finish and then maybe slowly go thru the spiritual workbook for the program. It's hard for me to get the workbook done in a week because some weeks get real busy. So what if it takes longer than some, as long as I'm making progress. I know I am, just not as fast as I'd like but I will keep on keeping on. You need to also because you will get over this in time. DO NOT GIVE UP!!

Thank you everyone. It feels good to know that I am not alone. I will take your advice and keep attacking my anxiety and depression.
