workbook

Do you have to do the workbook along with the cd's? The cd's were given to me by a friend but I don't have the workbook. I've called StressCenter & they've said they only sell the workbook with the package. I don't have the money to buy the whole package.

The workbook is a very important part of the program and needs to be used along with the cds.
