Ever have a tradition...that you had to miss?

Ever since I was born, me and my family would go out to Milan, Ohio (birthplace of Thomas Edison). I went every year...except this year.

Now this wouldn't make me feel bad, but I didn't get to do anything fun this year because of the weather that I had.

But has anyone here done something ever since they were born?...and in 20-30 year you didn't do it every year and it was more like every other year?
