Hello Beach Lady. I'm new as well and get some comfort in knowing that we are all in this together. I think the benefit is whatever you make of it. For me, it's a good outlet to check in with to know that I am not alone in my struggle. I browsed for a good month before I began posting. Good luck.

Hi beach lady, Like I just posted to Joe I too am new and I am trying to best utilize this sight. It is a tad overwhelming to say the least. Maybe this is a good omen that the "three musketeers" started at the same time.

I am hear anytime someone needs to talk to me. Thier is a sence of relief that others out there understand this terrible cycle. If I hear on more person say, "oh it's easy...just breath" ugg I won't say what I would like to do! Unless you have it..you cannot fully understand it. Be well and I hope I can figure out if I hear back from either one of you

Get ready to be angry because you are going to hear "just breathe" here, a lot. Theat's a very important tool in relaxing your body and your mind.

I suggest not rushing the program like I did initially. We all have busy lives and it may take us longer than a week to spend on each lesson...That is ok! Try to not move on to the next lesson until you have a good understanding of each one...stick with it...good luck
