Bad day today!!

I do not feel well 2day... I have had pain in the back of my neck since I woke up on Saturday, and it's worse. Now I feel nausous, and I had a weird pain under my left arm just below my arm pit, and I didn't know if I was about to have a panic attack or a heart attck! My whole body felt heat come over it, and I felt scared! I know it was probably the start of a panic attack, but I still feel sick and achy! No fever, but I hope I'm not trying to get the flu! Scared right now, I hate having an anxiety disorder. Some days I can except it, and others I still have a very hard time with it!
