Beyond having OCD and related anxiety, one of my biggest issues is being alone. I have terrible fear of it, particularly that I will have a panic attack, or become suicidal, or something awful. It's nearly always related to being afraid of anxiety and panic.

I left my job this week, so I will be home alone a good portion of the day for the next couple of weeks.

I'm wondering if anyone else struggles with this, and what you do to alleviate/deal with it.

Any advice would be super.

Thanks,

Christian

Hey Christian,

Yes I can relate to this, Its becoming suicidal that scares me, I think all you can do is keep busy, when you have to much time on your hands it allows you minds to wonder onto stupid thoughts like you are having. Keep busy, go for walks, clean the house anything to keep your mind busy and away from stupid thoughts
