Just wanted some feedback. I just purchased the program and have sort of half-heartedly started. I am about 5 weeks into it now and have seen little improvement, probably because I'm not giving it the attention it deserves. I travel a lot and my job keeps me very busy so it's tough to follow the program most of the time.
Anyways, I started having symptoms about 8 years ago now and at this point I don't think anyone has really been able to tell me exactly what's wrong. I've seen several doctors and have been treated for just about everything but nothing seems to work. Every day I deal with headaches, fatigue and abnormal sweating to some degree. Some days are better than others but not one day in the last 8 years have I felt "normal". All of this started as I worried about money I was losing in the stock market. One day it was like I just slipped into this "funk" and have not been able to get out of it. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and do seem to let little things bother me more than normal. I don't have any problems doing things, my issue right now is just the physical symptoms. These symptoms cause me to be irritable, tired, unmotivated, and just overall crappy feeling all of the time. It's tough to get up in the morning but once I get going I seem to be OK.
Anyways, I was just looking for some feedback. The this sound familiar to anyone else?
Regular Symptoms - Questions
Steve - You sound like a lot of us. I had the identical experiences. Do yourself a favor and put your perfectionism, dedication and determination into the one thing that will make you feel better - the program. Do it before your symptoms worsen. They can get worse if left unchecked. As my doctor said, "You are a perfect candidate for the Attacking Anxiety Program. You are well read, educated and concerned about your health". What you put into this program will pay you back tenfold. Good luck.
What is your diet like? You would be surprised how much changing your diet, cutting out sugar, caffeine etc... can help with the symptoms you are describing.

My diet right now is pretty bad. I do a lot of travelling for work, entertaining and eating out. I have been more conscious of my diet lately and am really trying to eat better, but it's tough. I think a lot of times I eat just to feel better, because it tastes good. It's also very easy to eat bad when you need to eat quick. I remember when all of this first started, I would really notice the effects of the caffeine after drinking a soda. I'm not a coffee drinker but I have been drinking a lot of soda lately. I have made an effort to drink more water and try to work out a bit when I'm on the road. I guess I'll just keep at it.
