I have been out of the program for over 10 years now and I can tell you that Lesson 3 is still something I fail to practice at times. I am a coach for StressCenter.com and the number one reason myself and individuals feel anxious again after feeling somewhat in control is because of the absence of compassionate dialog. Nothing has the power to defeat us like not supporting ourselves. We need constant love, direction, truth and COMPASSION. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, fearful or like a failure, check your inner dialog. Review lesson 3. Self talk is something we will never be done doing. Fear and anxiety are always hovering around waiting to insert anxious dialog into your thoughts. Practice awareness. Check your thoughts. Slow down long enough to write out your negative thoughts and replace them with something more kind, compassionate, soothing and positive. Healing and freedom from anxiety are ours if we choose it. My best to you all!
Tammy
