I know that feeling of "great" to "under the boss" all too well. It's like the movie title, Gone In 60 Seconds.Originally posted by SoWhatif:

Glad your day feels better. If your taking meds they can have the effects you mention. I have to be alert to the triggers that anger me. If I think someone does not care and they use me or ignore things of concern. I can go from feeling great to feeling like being under a bus quickly. Thats when Dad get's cranky. It takes some effort and time to rebound. The more I learn and understand and work therapys like Stress's and Dr. Kieths I can usually rite the cart much quicker and it does'nt get tipped near as easy.

That's GREAT you know your triggers. I also am aware of times of my triggers. When I feel anger/disgust/etc. coming on, I try and switch my mind to something else.

Still good. In fact, I get very, very brief flashes of "you're not worthy of this," meaning I am not worthy of a job that I like (the nature of the job, the job activities, job success, and a manager who is doesn't micro-manage or isn't overbearing).Originally posted by can'tdanceandcan'trelax:
Hi Charlie Brown, are you still a clown? Just kidding, how are things going with your JOB?
The majority of my employment career has been spent in jobs I didn't like (just doing for the cash) with managers I didn't like. I guess my body and mind are still getting used to this pleasant gig.
