anxiety if i can nit get you this way i will get you another way felling help plus
hi all I was just wonder if anyone have this steps what i got. My anxiety attacks are diffrent every single week its look like that anxiety try to find a way to get to me . For example 1 week i got feeling i will pass out i ignore it so next week i got this felling i will get sick, then when i overcome this one i got the fear of knifes and i got this thinking that i will hurt someone. After i pass this i got this fear thinking that i will forget who i am. When this pass i start having problem with racing hearth what of course i ignore it. Now since this sunday i was walking in park and i start having problems with breathing and right away i start thinking omg i will forget how to breathe and its bother me a lot. Its look like that anxiety is trying me out and say if i can not get you this way i will get you another way it is really bother me. Is someone got this problem

THese all sound like typical feelings and thoughts that come with anxiety/depression. Do you have the program? If so going through the program will teach you the skills that will help you overcome all of these symptoms and a whole list of other problems. You just have to keep positive and tell yourself you will get through this. Keep reading this forum also and search for some of the feelings you have had and you will find a whole lot of other people that have had these same feelings.
Try to start derailing the daydreaming and when these thoughts come realize facts of the moment, not what if or could be or maybe.
Practice telling yourself I can, I know I can.
Maybe a little less blameing yourself. As 0124vtd mentioned keep reading and understanding the program and this site. We are alot of the times our own worst enemy.
