need fast replys

i recieved a certified letter to pick up at the PO and it has me so anxious and panicy..i'm not expecting anything and those kind of letters are either good or bad news. with how my life goes lately, it has to be bad and my heart is scared to open it when it comes. a letter, a stupid letter can do this to me. has anyone else had mail fears. no one writes to me, so what can it be, a bill, a warning, eviction? i just dont know what to think or do, cant sleep for thinking about what it could be. thank you for feedback.

The chances of it being good news are just as great as it being bad news. Perhaps somehow you've won a million dollars! Look at the positives. You are having anticipatory anxiety, that is all. It's exciting, go get the letter and let us know how it went. Good luck!

CharliO - I agree w/Flyer - you are having anticipitory anxiety... really it's about 50/50 yes it may be bad, but there is also a chance it's good. Maybe you won something? You'll never know though if you don't go and get it.
