I found this youtube video from the stresscenter recently. It's been incredibly empowering to me whenever I'm going through a difficult moment. Maybe it'll offer you some comfort and inspiration as well.

Wow thank you i haven't actually seen this video. She has also updated some of the videos for the program as well i see. I posted this link on facebook to help others, thank you again for posting.

Well, that video didn't stay up long. I just went there and it said this:

"This video has been removed by the user."

Hmm... I wonder what's up with that?

Well that's bizarre! Where did it go

I love watching it. I hope by posting it here, it didn't make the Stresscentre take it down. I was under the impression that it had been put up by the .com, perhaps not. It's a video they should DEFINITELY put up on their website.

It could have been that if it was a Stress Center video put up by someone else, they could have been forced to take it down by Stress Center. Strange.....

they aren't as likely to respond that quick and I'm not sure why they would want to remove something that'll promote the program.
