I would guess that varies from person to person. For me, all my muscles want to tighten up, especially in my arms, legs, back, and neck. After a while they start to feel sore like they've been overused.
When I start to experience this I try to do stretches to relax the muscles. Also the progressive muscle relaxation technique used in the relaxation CD that comes with the program works well too.
