What? Nobody has any good three things and today is a FRIDAY!?? Well, let me be the first!

1. TGIF! Work week is over and it is the beginning of a long weekend! woot!

2) Had a super productive day today! Despite a rocky start

3) Got a really big project done that I was so dreading.

I got three things ! I got three things !

1) I volunteered my time after work at an expo (huge scary place). I panicked a bit but I didn't even cry once !

2) It's Friday !!!!!!!!!!!

3) Tomorrow's Saturday ! I can sleep in ! woooooohooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Now for 3 BAD things.

1) I can't get "that's the way uh huh uh huh I like it uh huh uh huh" out of my head.

2) I have volunteer time at the Expo tomorrow. God, I hope I don't burst into tears.

3) I cramping up just thinking about the expo tomorrow. It's like that cortisol just funnels right into my colon.

Time to bring this back up to the top again

1) It was a good day because I chose it to be a good day.

2) I learned that you can't please everyone. That's a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders.

3) I learned that when someone acts like a jerk towards me, it has nothing to do with me. Yet another weight off my shoulders.

MOM, so glad you brought the old girl up from the depths....

1) I went to an Awards Ceremony today for my boss and did not panic/cry/freak out...

2) Handled alot of responsibility today and it didn't scare me... was actually rather exhilirated by it!

3) Got my relaxation in again.. okay so I fell asleep but who cares??

This thread is just too good to let die...Especially with days and sometimes weeks of nonstop anxiety and crap, it really helps me see that there is ALWAYS a glimmer of sunshine in every day, in every moment if we just look

1) Teen lock in tonight at the library: this mean tons of crappy food, playing RockBand all night, and very little sleep

2) Despite eating a gourmet cookie every night this week (tsk, tsk) have not gained any weight!

3) Having some time today to do some stuff just for me.
