2) Backache subsided with nice hot shower
3) Huge turnout for our art contest! Award ceremony tomorrow... and not really that nervous

Yeah, I have been wondering where Shifrah is too. Maybe she got all better and flew the coop. If so, good for her!!
1)even though a family member is relly getting on my nerves, I managed to remain relatively calm.
2)more gorgeous weather--it is so wonderful after a cold, long winter and before the string of 100 degree days hits.
3)Hubby is growing a beard and it looks cute. Never thought I would like a beard on him, but I do. He looks like Sean Connery now. Not bad, huh?

Hi Guys - been keeping busy, something told me to check on this thread - good to see it's still going strong! Miss you guys!
Got a lot of exciting changes going on in the next few weeks in my family's and my life. Jillzmind has my contact info - please PM her if you would like to get in touch with me. Would love to share it with you - I have my PM closed off here as I guess I did "fly the coop" so to speak - lol!
I will try to come back to visit every now and then, I am very grateful for this support system and how it has helped me on my personal journey.

2) Refreshing to see how this thread of positivity is going and going and going - awesome!
3) Now, when I see the dds for myself or my kids, I'm not even thinking about being anxious, just an indifferent feeling of seeing the dds. I also have a handle on many other side-effects of my anxiety, while it's not completely gone, it's under "MY" control. Now that's progress!

Shiiiiiiiffffrrraaaah! So good to hear from you! And you sound like you are doing terrific, what a great example for us all. Sometimes I wonder, "Dang, does anyone actually recover from this crap?" And, here you are.
