Anxious about a news story on tv

So I was under the assumption that nobody ever died of a panic attack. this is what kept me somewhat sane whie having them. well anyways tonight on the news there was a story about a girl in her 20's or 30's that got stuck in an elvator (big fear of mine) she started having a panic attack and called for help. help came 30 min later and she was dead. I thought I heard something about a heart defect in the beginning but im not 100% sure. Anyways this just made me VERY anxious. So I guess I am just looking for a little reassurance that you cant die from a panic attack. I mean your heart beats so fast during them and that cant be good can it? But then again it beats fast during exercise too right? Im prob just over reacting but just wanted some opinions. Thanks
