Yes, after going through the AA & D program I am now having chefs prepare me elaborate and fantastic meals, LOL. No really, you'd probably be bored with what I got but I loved it - some roasted veggies in a tortilla, no oil! LOL

1 - the conference is over
2 - a hankering for root beet
3 - looking forward to tomorrow, laundry and then some relaxing in the hotel

And a huge bowl of strawberries for dessert MoM - I couldn't have asked for a better one!
Shif.

If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change the way you think about it.

1)Did some "journalizing" this morning and found
out, that I need to refresh myself on a lot of
things in the program
2)I made a list a "mile long"..LOLOLOLOL
3)So thankful that I did "journalize this morning"

Last, but not least, I thank God for every single thing HE does for my family, loved ones, friends and my own self!!!

I know I need to stop using these exclamation marks, but it is soooo very difficult, because I have always written in this manner...

Old "habits" are very hard to break ;)

The Lord has not given me the spirit of fear but of power, love and a strong mind.

Ms T. Bones,

About the exclamation points, as they say in the Sam Obitz book, "So what?" It's no big deal--if that is how you write, then write that way. Who cares? Least, that is my two cents worth. There are a lot more important things in life to think about that exclamation points:)
Like getting rid of our anxiety--now that is something worth getting excited about.
