Hi hall :) :) :),
You are soooo welcome!!! No, I never had my heart checked out once during all of those years!!! I was too terrified of doctor's offices, and I was soooo scared that they would confirm my "worse" fears (that I was dying of some major heart disease, or was having heart attacks)!!!

hall, those heart flutters are nothing at all to concern yourself with!!! My heart did so many different things, that I can barely remember them all!!!

Heart flutters are very common (especially for people who have anxiety)!!!

No need to worry, because I am sure you have a healthy heart and are just suffering from anxiety and panic attacks!!!

If I had all those heart attacks, that I had diagnosed myself with, then I would have died years ago...LOL...

Honestly, you are fine!!! It is just your anxiety...No big deal!!! It will pass!!!

Have a wonderful night's rest...God Bless You hall!!!

;)Hello ms t bones is right I used to stay up and my heart would be racing, i would wonder why is this happening to me, we went to the emergency room a few times, finally, my doctor happen to be in the emergency room when other doctors told me they wanted to do other test which i did and found nothing wrong, anyway my doctor was in the emergency room and she said what's going on i told her she took my blood pressure and started laughing, i looked at her and said why are u laughing? she said your having anxiety, I said this is not funny, and she said you know what your right it's not, i used to be just like you, someday you will look back and think it is, just keep telling your self this to will pass and it did, sure I sometimes still get anxiety, everyone does with the program you learn how to control it, and now I do think it was funny, laugh at yourself, and beleave in God, becouse God does listen to all. Take care and remember This to will pass. :) :)Take care and God Bless

I've had several panic attacks in Wal-mart where my fears took over. I would get afraid of being looked at by someone that passed by me. I still do eventhough most of the time the passerby doesn't look. Sometimes a person does look just to look.
I learn to smile when they smile at me when our carriages meet.

Hi ladie and Susan,
Thank you soooo much ladie for sharing your inspirational true story with each of us!!!

Susan, you need to imagine yourself going in these public places sooooo calm and relaxed!!!

Imagine yourself, as you would like to be!!! You might want to even imagine yourself laughing out loud right there in the store!!!

Use your deep breathing techniques, and your positive self talk to calm yourself down!!!

BTW: Make sure you practice these things daily, all throughout your days!!! The more you practice doing anything, the better you will get at it!!!

If you do these things on a continual basis before going into the stores, before you know it, you will not be having those panic attacks in there, and you will not even think about them!!!

Then, one day you will realize that you haven't had a panic attack in ages!!! It will dawn on you and you will be sooooo thankful that you took the time out of your daily schedule to work on these things!!!

I pray this helped you...Have a wonderful night's rest!!!

Back when my anxiety first started KMarts were the worst for me. Although I got over it I always thought it was something that just happened to me or something related to sinuses (because of the dizziness type feelings. I never knew anyone else ever felt that way. This has been enlightening. Thanks.
