Cant breath feeling
I get it often when I'm anxious. If I'm low on the panic scale, say 1 to 4, the deep breathing exercises help me. Midway through the panic scale, say 5 to 6, exercise helps. If I'm way up, say 7 to 10, I just have to distract myself with other things. Once I stop paying attention to the feeling, it tends to go away. The good news is that regardless of how your feeling, this can't hurt you. It's just anxiety.
