I know this might sound silly but I have to ask just in case.

It seems as though sometimes when we tryt o get better people around us want to either keep us in a box or are trying to help and just don't know how.

Well since the dr ordered tests for my heart. He ordered a cardiogram.

Well I have been trying to stay positive. I keep telling myself it is just anxiety, and this will pass like all the other tests.

The people around me though keep wanting to tell me all the things that could be wrong. For example today I heard that my arteries could be clogging.

Wouldn't the tests that the hospital did show that?

See I was eating a few chips baked ones. I don't care much for grease at all. never have.

While eating the chips someone asked me if I knew my arteries could clog up right then and there.

Is that even possible? I don't think it is without signs of course.

My wieght has been dropping and I am feeling healthier. I usually eat things like brocolli and carrots instead of chips but I decided to get a small handful of baked chips.

Is there anything wrong with eating a small pieace of cake once in awhile? All food in moderation is ok isn't it?

As long as I am not overdoing it with things like chips and such right?

My next class on here is the food and exercise class. I try not to jump ahead cause I don't want to overwelm myself.

I will admit when my attacks started I was drinking and eating wrong. I overcame an eating dissorder well almost. I went from not eating anything almost to actually eating stuff.

My anxtiety started with choking. Then it went to feeling like I couldn't swallow. Then I couldn't eat solids. I was scared I would choke or my food wouldn't go down right.

At that exact time my grandpa who I loved dearly had a stroke. He was placed on tubes and unable to eat. the nurses said that he would chokle if he ate solids because there was something wrong with him.

Well me being young and not knowing anything about the body I just assumed something was wrong with me too at the time.

But I have come along way and am eating now. I get lemonade or water while out instead of soda. I limit my sugar intake, quit smoking 3 years ago and do not drink beer or anything.

A cookie, or fudge is ok once in awhile isn't it?

I was told that dark chocolate is good for the heart? 60 percent dark chocolate.

Anyone else want to talk about diet and anxiety?
