One day I intend to be a great champion for this cause. If I have to face it, live it, and overcome it, I promise to do what I can to reach out to others with knowledge, experiences, UNDERSTANDING and COMPASSION (which there is still too little of out there for us)to help make their own journey through it a little easier.

Way to go bevhembree. That is some great positive attitude you have. You know the saying it takes one to know one. Well I think in our case its true. I now stop and think about situations and the way people act and see that they may have problems of thier own and try not to be so judgemental. I can see my problems in other people (worry, stress, anxiety, etc.) so I don't take things as personally as I use to. I to try to reach out and help those I can, even now in my recovery. I think this site is wonderful in that way, we are all helping each other thru this. Keep up the positive thoughts and I hope you reach your goal of being a great champion for this cause. My best wishes to you.
Great post. I agree. The one positive thing that has come from me having anxiety is I am def. more compassionate and less judgemental of people's problems or issues. Before I would be so quick to judge but now I take a step back and put myself in their shoes. I hope people would do the same for me in my case but that doesn't always happen.
