Thanks Ya'll!
I'm just glad you all are doing well, learing and goowing.
You , too, Samcat.

I'm doing okay too. In fact I'm fine now. We've had some much warmer weathere. I love that.

All is well. I was just happy that ya'll were enjoying your work now. I didn't want that to be a joke. Work is important. One of my grandsons got laid off last week.
But I know he'll find something.

Hey thought I'd pop in and root you on too MJ, you're never too old.

So please stick around, you have a great way of lifting people up, what a gift you have.

I like the positivity here too. Looking forward to the updates.

Oh, I'm up for a trip to Wichita, it can't be too far from here, I don't think. I can drive long distances now, maybe I'll rent the Partridge Family bus and pick you all up on the way over. It has to have a bathroom in the back though, LOL.

Cornflower you have inspired me to get out of bed and get moving again. I need you to continue to read my posts. I know that sounds selfish but I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. You are never to old to give good advice and to inspire and encourage others.

Suz, you sound like you are improving. This brings me such a good feeling!
You are going to get better and better.
Just keep plugging away.
We all need you, too.
My computer went down at 3:30 this morning.
But my dear nephew who has aspergers disease
came over and applied his genius with computers , and here I am.
Thank you , Suz, for your vote of confidence.

What a day !!! I began to really hate my name ! LOL It was called over and over and over again. My boss has the bad habit of sounding disgusted every time he talks. So when he starts his rant with my name, I get a bit ticked off ! It happened at least 6 times today all in the course of an hour. It wasn't for anything bad, in fact it was just for changes, but the way he started talking, it sounded like I screwed something up. It took it's toll on me around 8:00 this morning ! LOL I got up and walked away from my desk, took a walk out in the shop and vented a bit (but not too much). I walked back in the office and it was like "Sybil" changed the personalty from disgusted to real happy ! I don't get him. It was nice the rest of the day. At least I got to leave work with a smile on my face :D

It's supposed to be warmer here tomorrow. I work for a few hours tomorrow. I'm bringing my running shoes to work and right after work, I'm driving down to the river to do the river walk. I always feel relaxed after that.....and a little sore ! LOL

How was today ?????

was it a good week for me? yes x forever!!!!! i think i achieved all that was expected - and more!!!! i have emails from my boss saying "thank you" and "great work". i worked hard and stayed focused to the nth degree and beyond. i'm happy with myself and my work performance. my weekend goal? do NOT second guess anything i did at work. period. the end.

i treated myself to the movie "hurt locker" - went to blockbuster video on my lunch hour. i'm super into war movies right now - and have no idea why.

i have a good friend who's a physical therapist - i went by her house after work to show her where the top front of my thigh is hurting. when it grabs, it almost drops me to my knees. she felt the knots in my lower back and said monday's walk with the boys was not a positive experience for me physcially LOL this weekend will be spent alternately icing and heating my shoulders and lower back. and stretching and stretching. i guess me and keeper will have to go to obedience school - for the sake of everything and everybody!

i so enjoy posting on this thread. my aim is to be as positive as possible. more than anything i want others who may be where i was to know - just know - that by utilizing the right tools and sharing with others, life can be so much fun - and so very free. i didn't mention medication - but taking medication is neccsary for me. and laughter - sharing laughter or laughing alone.

so now it's your turn. tell me your day was stellar!!!!
