Teri,
That's great that you did all of those things! Something to proud of! AND you didn't get sick! That's awesome.
Keeping The Faith,
Thank you. You will get there too. Like the CDs say, just do it and feel the anxiety and know you'll get through it. Not that I'm terribly strong, but I was I was there with you to help you out. For us to help each other out.
sleeplessMom,
I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels that way. But I posted and got some responses back that made me feel really good. Anything that you do that you couldn't do before; if you feel good about it, it's a triumph! So post please!
Reading everyone's comments, and posts make me feel more normal. It feels good to know you're not losing your mind or going insane, and that there are people out there just like you.
Now, I have yet another thing to do this week. Go to the dentist to have my wisdom teeth pulled. I cannot tell you the anxiety I feel just from knowing that I have to go through with it. But I'm going to do it, and get through it.
Peace and Love,
Tye

Tye, that is awesome! I used to get anxious in Costco even before I had panic attacks. You should be very proud of yourself. When I fisrt went through the program and was facing going into the grocery store, I had to start with just sitting it the parking lot and not even going it, then slowly working up to actually going in. Now I can do it no problem. See, Lucinda is right, you need to be proud no matter what.
