I was 2 months along wen my brother got married. I was so sick and weak, I was scared of fainting in front of everyone. The doctor gave me a little patch you put behind your ear for nausea. He said a lot of people on cruises wore them too. I felt fine- it really worked well.
They sell these little wrist bands in the drug store. They are supposed to work like accupuncture. There's a little bead on them that presses on the inside of your wrist. I wore those to work all the time and, it might have all been in my mind, but I didn't miss any days.
Most women get less sick as they approach the end of the first trimester, so you should hopefully start seeing some improvement very soon.
Don't forget to take those vitamins. I don't know if they still recommend Gatorade, but all I could stand was Sprite. Drink all the liquids you can. If you can find something that sits well with you, like toast or crackers, keep plenty handy.
