A small triumph to share. I'm going to the dentist today and have absolutely no anxiety, fear, or worry! None! My dentist will be wondering if I took a xanax and I don't need one! Yay

Good, Mary! That's great. I went a few weeks ago and it was no big deal. Just a regular cleaning and everything was fine. I left feeling really proud of myself. 2 months ago, I would have never thought twice about going to the dentist. But I went and I was a little nervous, but it was just fine! Good for us!

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Frank Herbert

"How you climb up the mountain is just as important as how you get down the mountain. And, so it is with life, which for many of us becomes one big test followed by one big lesson. In the end, it all comes down to one word: grace. It's how you accept winning and losing, good luck and bad luck, darkness and the light."

Thanks Karilynn. I know it may sound like a small thing to some people but I was just so thrilled that I didn't worry or even think about it ahead of time like I usually do. Not even a passing 'what if'.
