No flight Just fight!
I am a waitress at a very busy restaurant. I spent all night fighting off the dizzy/bewilderment feeling. I must have said 300 times to myself that I was going to ask my boss to leave early but instead I floated with the horrible feeling and made it through the night. It was hard work and my head is pounding but I did it! I can't wait to go to bed tonight! I hope you all sleep peaceful tonight!!

Hello!Great job!I to have the same problem.I am a complete agoraphobic but I've made a decision not to be housebound no more!I've been venturing out little by little and when I get into a store I feel that dizzy feeling too.I'm not giving into it either! It's the only way.I'm sure the more that we just get through it the sooner it will go away. After all it's just anxiety right? We can control our anxiety if we chose to.It's being afraid of those symptoms that keep us trapped.I'm with you on this one.Keep me posted and I'll do the same.I'm getting ready to go out again here in just a little bit so wish me luck.Good luck to you too!
Good Job venturing out. I am new here and am just starting out with the program. I am making myself get out of the house as well. I was having terrible panic attacks especially the driving part. Just going to town I would start having a panic attack while driving and it was so scary. I would started having to take deep breaths and then I would get the racing heart and sweaty palms. Have you ever experienced that? I don't want to be so afraid that it will keep happening that I will become housebound. I would also get the feeling like I was holding my breath and couldn't swallow, I guess from the anxiety. I did go out today and felt a little nervous and aprehensive but I forced myself. I hope so much to overcome all these fears and am looking forward to starting the program and am glad to get advice etc. from the forum. This is all new to me so I hope I can be off to a good start.
