I'm not house-bound by any stretch, but I'm what I call 'functioning' - I work, I socialize, and I travel places. But its all done with a lot of anxiety attached.
Today my family and I went on a short trip out of town, where I wasn't the driver (I hate not driving - its the lack of control thing). We also stopped at a roadside diner where I ate a light meal. As some of you may know from my previous posts, eating is a large source of anxiety for me. I was able to eat and ride back with minimal anxiety using the techniques from the program. I'm really pleased with that!
