Well not really the tape, as I do not use it anymore (I just do the method myself with nothing), But now if i am not interrupted and im comfortable place I get a wierd physical sense of feeling really good and my whole body feels awesome. THe only thing I can compare it too is when they gave me percacet when I had really bad mono. It's pretty sweet. Anyone else get into this state. Usually only lasts about 10 minutes, then I sorta snap out of it.

Hi Tryinhard. I'm glad you are starting to feel good but you need to keep using that relaxation tape or that good feeling might really be a temporary one. You have to keep doing EVERYTHING the program says, not just until you start to feel good. I did that too and I had to start all over from the beginning.

Take care.
DeeDee.

Oh I know, I stopped doing the program too once halfway through and I had a horrible panic attack. I still do the rest of the program exactly how it says, but when I meditate now, I feel the tape is too short and Sometimes the sound of it is too loud and sort of snaps me out it. I still do exactly what the tape says, in the same order, BUt i basically have it memorized.

My muscles were sooooooooo relaxed after doing the relaxation tape! I felt like I had just got done doing a full body workout.
