Hi,
I wanted to share my good experience with Valerian herbal capsules. When I get very anxious, I take 2-3 grams of Valerian and it really makes me feel more relaxed and have less obsessive thoughts. I take it only when needed and no need to keep taking when I don't need it. It has helped me loads during extremely anxious periods.
