You may have a problem with anxiety if, after veiwing a commercial of a law firm putting the word out that "if your heart pace maker has been recalled due to faulty wiring, you may have a case" you immediately become frantic and feel a need to call and get more info.. Even though you do not even have a pace maker!!!

Your spouse will not let you read the possible side effects literature that come with your medication because you believe you are experiencing every one of the symptoms!!
It's not your heart (chest pain) its the circle above it! (head)

Hi, everyone, I can certainly relate to your list; especially the item about the bottle of hand sanitizer. If my purse size bottle is running low - I panic.

I always experience heart racing even when I don't feel like I am panicky. It is so uncomfortable. I have a choking sensation in my throat that feels like I can't swallow. I fear eating foods all the time. It seems like every day I have a new symptom. I have started having shoulder pain and I dwell on it all day and then I start having other symptoms. Does anyone out there feel this way?

When you are really into a tv show you are watching, and your mind wonders off during commercials and you forget what you were watching.

Too true and too funny. I watched the MTV True Life: I have anxiety and panic attacks... When I watched them I could not understand what their problem was. I thought it was ridiculous! Low and behold here I am!! I can't wait for us to beat this.. I hope we can laugh at ourselves very soon.
