Recently my panic attacks have occured because of scary thoughts about diabetes. I had blood test done end of may because my anxiety came back full force and I was experiencing tremors and the shakes with it. As always, everything came back normal. I still experience these symptoms and they still scare me. I think every symptom I have has to do with blood sugar levels. Tiredness is one of my big symptoms now but I think it is just from having panic attacks all the time. Can anyone give some advice on how to kick this scary thought??!!

Rosalie - I'd like to suggest that you write a worst case scenerio about your fear. Make it as horrible as you can without fixing anything. Write for a good 20 minutes or so. You'll have some discomfort with this exercise. That's OK. Breathe into it. Say "stop" to those scary thoughts and get yourself busy in the present moment. Read and re-read what you wrote once a day for 45 minutes (which means that you will be reading it over maybe as much as four times). You'll soon tire of the fear and let it go.
