I dunno. Ever since two weeks ago, I started getting these feelings of unreality, having obssesive thoughts about me going insane. Thinking I have some wierd mental illness. Like as of now, it just feels like im living a dream and nothing here is real. I am very scared. I am trying to look for a reason of my obssesive thinking. I have been unemployed, sick, and I am in an akward relationship with somebody....Im trying to get my life back in order...but this anxiety has got the best of me. I havent posted here in a long time...I thought my anxiety was over. But now...I feel as If I will be here a while again. Thanks you

Hi there,
Well it sounds like you're slipping into anxiety again, but don't worry, it's absolutely normal! We all bounce back and forth. It sounds like your having a low point in your life, and we all know that's when the anxiety strikes! When the stress is high, say hello to your anxiety once again. Don't worry, if you have the program, I highly recommend going through it again. It's such a positive reinforcement. We are all here to help you if you need it. All of the symptoms you are explaining are completely normal, don't feel like your alone, and don't feel discouraged. If you need any support you've come to the right place! Practice your relaxation again, and don't focus on the unreality thoughts. This is just anxiety playing with you all over again due to high anxiety in your life. Just be happy to know that you can once again regain your peace of mind, it just takes some time and effort.
Be strong and feel free to ask for any support!
Peace,
Emilie
