Change only takes place when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.

I am ready for change. I have been listening again to the #3 and#8. I ask God to help me and HE does. Use the relaxation tapes as well.

You are absolutely correct, we all do things that will cause us to avoid pain and move towards pleasure! The 2 driving forces that dictates our lives! The pleasure and pain principle!
