Hi, this is my first time on the website, I listened to tape 10 for the first time and was anxious after I heard about Jackie on the tape describe her illness. THen I heard that she passed away. That made me feel sad and anxious. I've been telling myself my positive selftalk whihc is helpful, but its hard.

Hi Jenn: I feel like I have been surrounded by bad news recently, and what has helped me is accepting that feeling sad, anxious, and depressed is a perfectly normal part of being human, especially in response to terrible news like this. Jackie seemed like a really special person who helped a lot of people, and people with anxiety tend to be so sensitive about everything. She would probably have wanted you to find comfort in the fact that she recovered from anxiety and was able to go on to live her life to its fullest.

I was wondering what happened to her. I'm sure she was at peace when her time came and wouldn't want us to be sad.
