I am a new member and I have to fly to Las Vegas this weekend. I have been there before and it was great, but one time I went and had an attack that lasted for 3 days. For some reason I am obsessing about it and now I keep thinking it is going to happen again. When I look at what is stressing me I think it is because I have a son in Iraq (second tour) and he is in the marines. He called me recently and told me he was having post tramatic stress. Then my youngest son came home and told me he had joined. I have not had the anxiety in years because I went through the program before. Now they are back! I am so scared of this!!

You rightly have reason to feel anxiety again Teri1, but you mentioned you went through the program before. Refresh yourself and listen to what you have learned. It will come back to you. Take a deep breath and remember your skills. You can do it! In the mean time your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Take care
