Well this is a new one on me.... I've started fainting when I get stressed out quickly. I understand that my "stress button" has been on active duty for too long and it needs to be reset, but I seem to be getting worse before I get better!?!?! UGH!!!

I'm a busy mom with 6 kids at home still, one of which is a 1.5 year old baby and 3 are teenagers.... stressarama right there!

I'm trying to figure out how to reset the panic button so I can cope with stress better. Maybe I'm not patient enough with the program...

Any help will be most appreciated though!!

I can understand why you would pass out. Six childern can be very busy busy busy. Do you notice a change in your breathing before passing out? Does deep breathing help any? I have a problem when I have panic attacks with breathing. I often hyperventilate. I get a paper sack and breath into it. I also will count to try to slow down my breathing. It is hard. I hope things improve for you. ... Butterfly

Yes, I have fainted from stress also. . . I wish people would quit saying it is impossible, because I beg to differ. . . I think that the shock to the system can mess with blood pressure on certain induviduals, and I would like to see Lucinda or somebody on her team seriously address this issue :)
