Does anybody have a positive affirmation that helps them?? I thought it would be nice to share with each other what lifts you up.

My positive affirmations are whatever the opposite is of my negative statement. For example, I say I hate it when I cry. I would then switch it to all the things I want to be. I am strong. I am emotionally sound. I enjoy being happy and laughing.

Or when I get into my pitty parties my favorite is Everything is happening Perfectly.
