I know many people wonder if this program can really help and could use some motivation so here it is.
Here is what i've noticed so far;
I'm not as afraid of anxiety attacks
I'm a bit less spacy
I feel more connected with others
I can participate in conversations more
My sex drive has increased

I'm more creative, especially with replacing negative thoughts
I'm more motivated
More hopeful
And a bit less moody
I truely believe that the biggest part of this is utilizing the relaxation cd 2-3X a day...I've used guided meditations 3X a day for a few weeks but it wasn't the same, there is something about the progressive muscle relaxation that just makes it last more. Neways I hope this helps and after seeing Steven Farris's video and being suggested that i make a video too, I've decided that this will be a goal once I finally overcome the struggles with anxiety and depression.
